Refund Policy
At Phantom Wick, every candle, diffuser, and air freshener is carefully made and packaged. If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at contact.phantomwick@gmail.com
within 15 days of delivery.
Please include: Your order number, Photos of the damaged item, Photos of the packaging it arrived in.
If the damage occurred during shipping, we’ll review the situation and work with you to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, refund, or store discount. In most cases, damaged items do not need to be returned. Once we review your claim, we’ll let you know the next steps.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at contact.phantomwick@gmail.com within 10 days of the delivery date so we can help investigate the issue.
We accept returns of unused Phantom Wick products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Candles that have been burned, partially used, or altered cannot be returned. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price plus applicable tax. Returns requested more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund. If you need to return an item, please securely package it (original packaging is preferred if available) and include your name and order number inside the package.
Because fragrance is subjective, we cannot offer refunds or returns based solely on scent preference
.Phantom Wick products are handcrafted, so slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Candle scent strength can vary depending on room size, airflow, and other environmental factors. Because of this, Phantom Wick cannot guarantee scent performance once a candle has been burned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was shipped incorrectly. If Phantom Wick sent the wrong item, we will send the correct product at no additional cost.
